Jung is definitely Korean. His genderswapped version had an even more unambiguous name.

Is there something wrong with the servers. I keep getting 403 errors when I try to reach the forums
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.

Pretty sure it was asled before, but can find the post.

Gigantism is clearly a theme for the volume covers. Is it a kink thing since the comic is adult humor and used to have a lot of sex? I thought maybe it's based on importance, but I don't think Tracy paid THAT big of a role this past volume.

I suspect that it's simply that Giz and co. want to have as wide a range of characters as possible on the covers, to make each distinct. Tracy and Izz may be relatively minor characters, but they've not appeared before, so they make the cover distinctive.

And the cover design is the cover design established on volume 1. It makes an artist's joke about scale and perspective, nothing more than that.

Laughed a lot when I found this in the Demot posters archive. Some people work fast. ;)

Gisele --

I see you are scheduled to appear at the Boston Comiccon next weekend (August 11-13, 2017). Given your recent problems at the border, do you think you will be able to attend? I hope so!

The Archive does not seem to be working. When I click on the button at the top of the page (just above the strip0, I get a screen which says "Module: not found". And when I click on the Cast button I get "There are no posts in this blog." This has been going on for a while, but I waited to see if it was temporary.

Is the comic still on track for 12 volumes? And do you plan on having some kind of Grand Finale for the comic when the time comes?

I am happy to report that Gisele did arrive safely. She participated in a "sketch duel" Friday evening, and I got her autograph on MA3 #1 on Saturday. She also gave me stickers! Yay!

I asked Gisele about this when I spoke with her in Boston, and she said that this was the result of the switch to a new server, and that it would probably take a while to get going again.

We're now thinking 10 volumes. If that's the case, that means we have about one volume to go as we're about to finish volume 9. We might go further if we think we need to, but I think 10 might be it. This doesn't mean we'll never do anything with these characters again though. We have ideas for one shots and what not. We might also do mini series about specific characters. We'll see though. Oddly enough, whenever I get back to Sticky Dilly Buns, that series might continue past Ma3.

I've been thinking that various ducks seemed to be getting into rows for a possible endgame. To be honest, I've been getting the feeling that the comic was just winding through assorted unused character permutations lately. It might be time to wrap it cleanly rather than dragging it out, I guess, sad though it'd be to wave it goodbye.

People will not be surprised to hear that I personally wouldn't mind this at all. If we do actually get SDB back in action.

(Pretty please?)

I get the feeling that you actually maybe enjoy writing SDB more, but find you get more readers for Ma3. I may well be wrong, but if I'm right... Well, I just wish there was a way to guarantee SDB the readership it deserves.

Well, not exactly SDB entirely, but by mixing in more of the (then retired) Ma3 cast... specifically Zii and Gary? Zii is in the yaoi club, and Gary could start drawing it? Or maybe Yuki has an epiphany for a yaoi comic and gets inserted in that way?
