It probably doesn't help that, as several forumites have pointed out in the past, that Matt and Gary look a lot alike anyway. Or at least, it would probably make the visions appear easier than usual.

Okay how long until they both realize they're thinking about the same guy? Hopefully while they're having sex for maximum hilarity and it will hopefully break Matt's mind a bit more because it seems Kiley's mind has already been completely broken.

So they didn't just jump in the sack, they bonded over their craziness. Surprised they were both comfortable enough to share that sort of information with a stranger but it's Ma3.
