At the risk of being mean, we've seen so many attractive people, guess it is only fair we see a little of the much plainer side get action. Though, Jung was never on my curiosity radar. Aha

This seems like a joke that has been used before, but I suppose running gags are quite a common motif here.
I wonder if Junghan has a "Bart Simpson-esque" wardrobe going on... Presumably he is wearing the uniform of the store, so hopefully he has multiple ones; regardless, it is a nice detail to see how Ramona wore something different that day (earn some weeb points with that Neko hairpin. Heh), while Jung wears his exact same attire, the latter signifying either a horrific hygiene deficiency or merely showing how his life is so structured that he manages to wear the same version of outfits every day.

I'm curious to see how Ramona's definition of 'hard' is going to coincide with the direction Ruby was going with her line of inquiry. Doesn't seem like they are aligned. That being said though, I am very happy at seeing Giz pull no punches and show us some lovin' between people on the larger size of life. Nothing wrong with it, and in fact, Ramona & Jung's relationship just got more interesting to me.

Jung always struck me as a bit of an opportunist, just not as bad as some of the others who have graced Ma3 or SDB. Walking home Ramona was probably him being gentlemanly, and it led to them making "the beast with two backs."

So Gary would be the best choice to talk about this.

That’s a good point about Dillon and his gaydar. It seems like Andy knows what to do and wouldn’t object if asked. Wonder what his quirk might be.

Jokes about sex and the word “hard” (or “stiff”, or “moist” in distaff versions) aren’t exactly new — to the point of seeming a bit creaky and vulgar to me, frankly, though I’ll give this strip a pass. Actually, I’m not sure that the Pixietrix comics have ever resorted to this before, that I can recall.

And this may be the first time that we’ve seen Jung looking shy and vulnerable, what with the shrinking font and blush lines. Which is very sweet, except that we know that he researched the topic beforehand, so he couldn’t actually claim this was an unexpected impulse on his side. Okay, he may have done the reading just in case a growing relationship with Ramona turned serious, but still — one could cynically suspect him of calculation.

Nor do I see this as much of a case of “Wow, ugly people getting action in Ma3!” Sure, Ramoba and Jung are both rather plumper than the typical athlete/model-style cast member — but they’re neither of them hideous. Actually, they’re probably about the same distance from cast-average BMI as Kiley, just in the opposite direction, and probably close to the real-world population norm. They’re just two pleasant normal people, going for it. A rule 34 continuation of this flashback could be quite hot, really.

As to Ruby’s problem of the moment — from what we readers have been told, the problem seems simply to be Andy being dumb as a rock. (He’s even said that he’d attempt sex if that was what she wanted.) The poor girl may just have to screw her courage to the sticking place (or stick her courage to the screwing place), maybe have a stiff (fnah fnah) drink, look him in the eye, and say “I want you to shag me”. He seems obliging enough to take the job out of politeness.

Either that, or Ruby asks Gina if she can advise, and Gina rolls her eyes and holds Andy’s head underwater until he agrees to stop blueballing that poor sweet girl.

It's nice to see some characters get together without drama before or after.

Andy seems to be just oblivious. Like, when Ruby kept referencing to sex as "dessert", Andy thought she was talking about just dessert despite of her wearing increasingly sexy clothing. Ruby would just need to be straightforward with him is all.

Indeed, but... Then again, that's a big ask with someone like Ruby. Does she really want someone who forces her that far outside her comfort zone?

How much longer is SDB going to be on MA3? It's cool and all, but I lost interest in SDB a long time ago and am missing the story I enjoy following.

Lol. If only Gary's love/sex life was drama-free like that but then Gary's story would become boring and tedious.

Maybe Andy is Ace? We've seen every other sexual orientation in-comic, so that makes ace the place they never went to. The Ultimate Perversion, no sexual activity at all. :))

But seriously, it looks like Andy is Ace.

Except that he was willing and indeed happy to have a date with Ruby even when he thought that she was a porn star and would be expecting sex. And more recently, when she thought he wanted sex and he thought that meant she wanted it, he said he was prepared to have a go at making her happy.

So “low sex drive” is possible, but “no sex drive” seems to be off the table. (Yes, heteroromantic aces apparently exist — but in that case, I’m sure that he’d be too polite to offer to attempt something if he knew that he’d disappoint.)

Honestly, I think we have to assume that he’s just incredibly polite, old-fashioned, and clueless. He won’t initiate for fear of offending a nice girl, and he can’t quite grasp that a nice girl could be trying to initiate unless she tells him flat out. And “clueless” was established on his first appearance.

I still reckon that, after Ruby finally gets the message through, we may well see him flat on his back in bed going “Gosh, that was a great idea, thanks for thinking of it.”

Plus, if he turned out to be ace, the writers would have the prolonged task of asigning Ruby an alternative partner — because she’s clearly punch-the-wall frustrated at the moment. Which would drag this story out far too long.

One question, by the way. Ruby has been dating Andy for weeks. Why has she not noticed yet that she’s hanging out with a complete dimwit?
