To Aru Kagaku no Railgun is one of my favorite anime, and I can't wait to read the source material! I've already pre-ordered the first volume.

Railgun isn't about lesbian middle schoolers. Kuroko has a crush on Mikoto, but she doesn't actually feel that way about women in general. None of the other characters display any yuri tendencies at all. Mikoto is in love with Touma. Kazari and Ruiko are best friends.

Railgun has more overt yuri content in it than Hayate X Blade. And that's saying something.

But if you don't Ruiko favors Kazari, then just wait until you see the first manga...
