i cant remember when was Volume 3 was release, but i think that Volume 4 should be out by now.

Hollow Fields was always planned to be a self-contained, 3-volume series. So while the "final chapter" of book 3 (titled "Final Chapter") does leave things open the possibility for Lucy and her friend's further adventures, there are no current plans for further books and Madeline is currently pursuing other projects. So please consider the series complete with the release of Hollow Fields Vol. 3 (and the omnibus edition that collects all 3 books into one complete package).
