I assume that you are mixing up ebay with the rest of the internet.

Places like Amazon.com, RightStuf.com, AnimeCornerStore.com, AnimeNation.com are all places that are reliable and safe to order anime-related goods from. Amazon.com has a solid return policy, AnimeCornerStore.com has some of the best prices, and RightStuf and AnimeNation have both been around so long that they've gotten into the anime licensing business themselves.

If you still do not wish to order online, then your other option is to have your local store to special order a title.

If you still don't wish to order online. Try using the ISBN number with your local book seller, that works for me.
