I love all of the Alice series so much, and I've been looking forward to Black Lizard and Bitter Taste for a while. For months now, Barnes and Noble's website has said that the first volume will come out next Tuesday -- but then, all of a sudden, it claims that volume one won't be released until November of 2016. Did something happen? I'd be very disappointed if this was true.

The "Alice in the Country of" series changed publishers in Japan last year from Ichijinsha to Ohzora Shuppan. While Seven Seas has released the vast majority of the Ichijinsha Alice books, there are a couple of unreleased Alice volumes that are currently in rights limbo.
