I don't know if this is possible or not. I'll give it a shot anyway.
I recently bought an Inukami Omnibus and the spine split clean in about the middle of it. I tried Elmer's glue, but it didn't work. Could I ship it somewhere to get it reglued?

You can try giving it to a bookbinder, I don't know how much that kind of repair would cost but it is certainly doable.
