Unless there is a new anime in Japan, Boogiepop is a dead franchise in North America.

If we knew more Boogiepop would sell, we would put out omnibus editions and rekindle interest. There's just not a fanbase big enough to support any additional type of new books, though. So again, if Japan put out a new anime, we would consider it. Until that happens, Boogiepop is a dead franchise.
