1) Dragon Age Origins
2) Sims 2
3) Risk ( totally lame old school I know

Not entirely sure of the order, but mine would have to be:
1. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess being honourable mentions)
2. Deus Ex: Human Revolution (honourable mentions go to Deus Ex and System Shock series)
3. Baldur's Fucking Gate. All of PC ones.
4. Metroid Prime (+Echoes + Corruption)
5. Batman Arkham Asylum (+City)
Titles that didn't make the cut but are still worthwhile mentioning are Sweevo's World the first game I ever played, or remember playing at least, Jurassic Park on the Sega Mega Drive and The Binding of Isaac.
