This sounds contrived. I think a better defense would be to say that opinions are opinions. And thinking that this "Requirm" is better than WoW is just that. Although I must say, if "Requirm" is what I think it is (an MMO for the Worms series), it's probably true.lugger91 wrote:You seem to not understand what I'm saying. DaVinci put very few of his plans into action. Blizzard doesn't do anything but think about how they should or might create another game; lay it out, make a trailer etc. Thus Blizzard = DaVinci.Mifune wrote:Then explain to me why there isn't a StarCraft MMO, and why Requirm, a micro transaction MMO, is better then World of WarCraft?lugger91 wrote:Diablo III and Starcraft II. But, lets be honest, the guys at Blizzard are just a bunch of DaVincis.
Upcoming games that you are excited for.

Fallen Earth
Another game that I've played in closed beta. It's pretty damn cool putting must MMOs to shame. For starters, its skill based. In fact all that levels do is determine your minimum attribute and skill points, and your cap. All attributes and skills are also raised by one point per level. Each level has several ranks (I think about ten) that give you 2 Ability Points which you can spend to raise attributes (5 AP per one attribute point) or skills (1 per 1). Furthermore to raise your harvest and crafting skills you merely do them. Combat works in the same way of an MMOFPS, you see it you shoot it...or bash it...or fire a missile at it. There are stances you can put yourself into as well which increase your skills in one area while decreasing your skills in another. The only problem I have is that I wish the level of customization was more... (You only get two sets of piercing where I want three and my friend wants 12). And how can you not like a Post Nuke sci-fi action MMO with giant mutant animals to kill and maim?

Phantasy Star Zero
I liked the Phantasy Star Collection for the GBA, even if I always did get lost and could never get anywhere at times. But then again, that's why it was fun. I still need to get around to playing that again.
Ni no Kuni: The Another World
I have no idea if this will be released in the US, but I could always import the UK release, or see about ordering the Japanese version. Considering that most of my DVD collection is made up of Ghibli films, it's no wonder I'm seriously considering getting their first video game.

So I just put the 1st one.Harukochan wrote:Actually, it's someone called Mangagamer that's releasing them.All_Hail_Otakudom wrote:Well the Higurashi VN's are coming out this October in the US!
