If one looks at it objectively, Misaka is completely straight, Kuroko is just overly friendly, and Saten and Uiharu are the only ones who could be considered as such.Peregrin wrote:Wow. Railgun.
"Would you like some espers with your lesbians?"
But that doesn't change the fact that you can easily call it "A Certain Lesbian Railgun."

Saten, though, is incredibly blatant about it. It will now be a race this season to see which show can be worse about it: Railgun or Kampfer.DawnBandit wrote:If one looks at it objectively, Misaka is completely straight, Kuroko is just overly friendly, and Saten and Uiharu are the only ones who could be considered as such.Peregrin wrote:Wow. In other news, Nyan Koi is EPIC WIN.

It sounds like they've been pronouncing it "kemp-fur" (as in hemp) to me, rather than "kamp-fur" (as in camp). Isn't the 'eh' sort of thing the proper pronunciation of the A Umlaut?Peregrin wrote:I will add my umlaut when they pronounce the German correctly in the show. Episode titles in 11eyes are Hungarian. Piros Èjzsaka = Red Night.Peregrin wrote:It's somewhere between kemp and kamp. Umlauts are tricky that way.
Still not as botched a pronunciation as "Cú Chulainn" was in F/S N, though. Not that I can pronounce that one either, but whatever.
Why do the Japanese like German so much?

When did this start? I thought "Kiddy Grade 2" was still in pre-production?StrateryB wrote:Just saw the first episode for Kiddy GiRL-AND.
I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. Especially since they cut the silver-haired chick for an overly-annoying loli(er) lead, with characteristics that are over-done. Then again, I didn't really expect much, since it was basically a Kiddy Grade 2...
It gives one a great sense of satisfaction to do it in perfect unison. Michelle Cheung
