I went on a gift spree yesterday on steam for a bunch of friends. Atleast 2 gifted me back 3 games, but i didnt do it for returns. i just love sharing certain games.

They sent back Poker Night at the inventory 2, anna and Psychonauts!

Me too, gonna need to upgrade the crap out of my pc though.

I'm having a bash at The Secret World at the moment. Really rather impressed. Same sort of thing as GW and GW2 - pay for the box and you are done. Worth a look I would say.

Since last week i have become very addicted to Path of Exile, a free to play Action RPG MMO thats everything Diablo 3 is not, with very good art, great action and awsome item customization.

I think the best thing about it is the fact that its not pay to win, the stuff u can buy in the store is just cosmetic or just gives u more space in your stash(u already begin with 4 huge slots, so its not even needed) and the fact that there's no Gold in the game! and no repair bills!!

It uses a trade system where identify scrolls are the main currency, but also other orbs that are used for changing or enhancing your equipment, like a Orb that allows u to change a normal item into a magic item and another one who can do the exact reverse.



Also, while u have 7 classes(1 who u need to unlock), they are't really bound to a specific role, since the Passive skill tree(or web, since its HUGE!) allows u to take on practicely any role, the classes only have different starting points on it, is all.

But the most different is the skills system,couse unlike diablo 3 even the active skills are't class bound, u find them as Skill gems that u need to socket into your gear in a socket of the right color(after the 3 main stats, strenght,dexitity and Intellect) and with the right weapon equipped in some cases.



Reason i'm telling this much is couse the game has no tutorial(or tips for that matter) at all, so if u never played a diablo game it might be quite confusing :s

But regardless of that, go check it out!

its awsome and the passive skill tree really allows for some weird customization.(like a skill that makes u immune to a certain damage type but reduces your hp to 1, permanently..)

1 fun thing they do are daily lvling races where u make a new char and try to get as high and far as u can without dying with a nice prize if u win



Sure beats playing some other games atm, Altrough i did ask for Baldur's Gate 2 enchanced edition for christmas
