Played it again today. It's a little more satisfying once you learn the trick to catching Pokemon. Still glitchy though.

I don't remember any big game that didn't have server issues at launch.

Personally, I never paid much attention to Pokemon. Nothing against it, just wasn't something I was interested in. But last night (as in 36 hours ago when at work on the night shift), I installed Go just for the hell of it. Having a bit of fun, and anything that gives me an excuse to get off my ass is a good thing. According to the app, I've moved over 12km since I installed yesterday, and that ain't hurting anything.

Oh I'm sure it'll glitch for awhile, just my personal commentary.

Not a fan of Pokemon or Nintendo in general, but it entertains me on my daily walks. I gotta hatch about 6 eggs tomorrow haha.

One day, when I get a little cash in the old pocket...I will pick up one of those newfangled systems that faithfully recreates the Super Nintendo, my favorite system of all time. And that will be a good day. And I will be happy. Yea verily. I miss my SNES so much. :)
Anti-Yuki till the grave claims me...

Kid Kool (1988) for the Nintendo Entertainment System is GROSSLY underrated. Sure the concept could've been presented a little better, but it doesn't deserve the hate it gets in some circles.

So my PC is 5 years old and hopelessly out of date, can't run most games that came out in the last 2 years, and since I want to play Horizons Zero Dawn, I bought at PS4 on Monday. Then a new TV on Tuesday because you know, the TV is out of date as well. But that is life and after 24 hours to down load the beta For Honor, I was able to play a half hour before heading out to work and did as well as expected. Won 1 battle out of 18 :p

I did that a few years ago and bought an Xbox. I want to get a PS4 and an Xbox at this point. Right now, I'm playing Shadow of Mordor, and doing pretty darned well at it. But I don't own a lot of games.
