You know, I still have a spot for a few of the first ones I saw:
Bubblegum Crisis: For all it's little flaws, still a classic. Never bothered with 2040 and I try to block out memories of Crash. I liked Adam Warren's Grand Mal too. Wish I could find a copy of my old fanfic continuation.
Tenchi Muyo: Lots of fun.
Macross Plus: fun story, and probably the best giant mecha battle scene of all time.
Devil Hunter Yohko: lots of great action and fanservice. I also chuckle that the voice actress that did Yohko went on to do one of my two favorite Sailor Scouts.

Might have something to do with her having to fight a giant squid thing in the episode they all wear those bathing suits
