Anyone else watching this? I just picked it up (thank goodness it's running on regular Nick), and from the start I noticed everything about why I loved Avatar: The Last Airbender. Korra's a spunky new Avatar, and not nearly as annoying as she might have been. I like the fast-forward to the equivalent of this world's 1920s, and the whole anti-bending revolution is an interesting take on the world.

I'm really looking forward to where this show could go.

Yep. Like Korra much better then I did Ang, just for attitude. Although she's cute too. :p

Enjoyed what I have seen so far. Seems Katara is the only one left though. I kind of wanted to see Toph again. Alas.

Well it's been long enough That they all had middle-aged children (Toph's looks about ready for retirement)

I'm still hoping that Toph just lives elsewhere and we'll get to see her in later episodes. :)

Korra kinda reminds me of Toph for some reason...But I can't put my finger on it.

I noticed there's still not too many air benders around. Aang was the last one. Is it always genetic?

So speculation on the movement?

permanent severing of chi from the key points on the body? Absorption of power into himself and using the revolution to gain more and more power? Someone from the past, maybe even a previous hero or supporting char behind the hood? Or son of one? An air bender? Part of a larger insidious plot?

With Ang being the only one, and his son being Korra's Airbending teacher, I'd assume so, there's no sign of one in the Pro-Bending games, or among the "Triple-threat" Triad

I find it interesting that in barely two generations we now have different bending types in the same family line. As well as metal benders now being so prevalent.
