Ah, a couple pages back from what the link was too. Spoilers cuz I've read through Vol 7 via PDF (and all of AAJ): Yeah, that's her. Note that she being an Agency defector was not in the plans when those pages were written a couple of years back, but was added when AAJ was being plotted. And I honestly thought this bit of the story had already hit the the web already.
