Actually, Shiei's pretty good at drawing mecha. Found that out by having her draw a Gundam in one of the 4-koma... and then there was the whole mecha sequence in Episode 11 from Aoi House Vol. 2.

As per Adam's suggestion, I have come to make a recommendation for the Boopa no jutsu headband.

It is clearly the Village Hidden in the Hamster. That's the obvious part. The trick is, what kind of village would fit in a hamster? The suggestion?

A village of ninja parasites.
