There are four total.

Aoi House Vol. 1 and 2
Aoi House in Love! Vol. 1 and 2

You've got a point, Wingus. But at the same time, a lot of people have a lot of different ideas as to where Aoi House could go, and those all could add up to extend Aoi House for a lot longer. That's why a lot of us are slightly miffed that there will only be four volumes. It doesn't seem long enough to cover all the possible funny points. That's how it was with me and A.I. Love You.

Yeah, they always say leave them wanting more. Good idea, but it's also kinda mean. Of course, I mean that in a funny way.
