Well depending on how the vampire siring works in the School Bites world, I'd say it is a dream and he is making it so real because he is her sire and is trying to get control over her. Like the two blondes and the boy that showed up when he woke up - I'm guessing he's trying to get some control over her. A connection to him because he is her Sire would also explain how he knew about her vampire name, her naming sort of shook the connection or something.
