Hmmm, I think I like Option B with the tie from Option A rather than the bow.

I'd rather see Annie in fishnets So I'm voting option A.

It's a nice clean design, doesn't look "busy" like B does. The tie/bow combo can be exchanged quite easily.

C makes me think that Annie is going to work in a 50's diner (But would look great on her if she wanted to dress up a bit)

I find fishnets to be a little bit trashy. I'm going for option b.

Edit:It is, admittedly, a little busy though.
