Really? That's awsome! :D I wanted to be a baker and took patisserie and baking for six months at culinary school until I decided it was too hard. I don't have the hand eye coordination for all the detail work. My sister knows more about baking then I do and she just got baking jobs and stuff. She also dosen't owe $20,000. It's all kind of sad. :(
But that's still pretty cool that you can bake well!
Are those those things I saw in princess and the frog? You know the frosted cakes that you fry? They're southern so I can't remember what they're called.
