Usually in vampire lore, when you go undead, your body is kind of frozen in time, stuff like hair does not grow (or fall out) any more.

They must have terrible problems with split ends.

Actually some vamp stories (not sure about Vampfire) have the vampire being able to controll their hair/nails to an extent, like shedding it and regrowing it a different color.

personally I'd like to regrow my hair back to my waist long braid, but I had to cut it. It's hard to find work when your hair can be used as a mooring line :((

I think I'd prefer the 'frozen in time' type. Get one really good haircut and never have to worry about it again. I'd especially like not having to shave my beard anymore.
