I saw it coming too. Blair hardly needs a pheromone infection to be inappropriately horny and gropey. That's his default setting.

There are female teachers going there from titme to time to relax (and he's probably chosen to hide at the top of a bookshelf for the viewpoint).

He would probably suffer greatly if he got caught by, say, Miss Futakuchi, but hey, being caught and punished is his usual lot, isn't it?

Considering the stress lines on her arms near the elbows, I think that's the super tensed up moment before the blood curdling yell of female indignation, which is often followed by great violence. And in this case, 'great' in more ways than one. B-)
