Actually from past comics, It's safe to say mama is also a Succubus. Chloe does know a good bit about what's going on. I think it's just she's panicing with the succubombs (Nice term BTW) popping up like relatives when someone wins the lottery, hence the packing them into her locker. (I don't think that locker will survive the experience)
