Remember on Wednesday how most of them were just noticing Nina's breasts? Well, this might be the first time that anybody has noticed Brooke's chest.......... and it might've caused Chloe's bat hearts......... either that or she always gets them when she gets the hiccups.........

I do love how the hearts are revealed to be physical things.

My wild guess: Chloe has been (unintentionally?) holding back her powers, and this is a manifestation of her 'frustration'. ;)

Looking back. I think it's for the same reason as no one really noticing Nina's. It's kinda hard to spot them when they are often hidden by either angle or object (Taking her panties from Blair being a prime example of the later. )

That being said, I'm wondering where girls with builds like this was when I was 14. My first girlfriend made Zii's look like DiDi.
