The other mouth may not be functional. Futakuchi are supposedly created when women do not talk or eat with their front mouth.

Actually if you read the legends, both mouths are functional... But as we seen, Giz has a different take on some legends and creatures.

All we need is a Wendigo and some entries from Greek myth and I will be a happy mythology nut, besides the mention of Medusa of course. Sirens are nice.
