I don't think Seth was in Chloe's shirt, he was in her cleavage........ also, you might've noticed that Nina's hungry again....... Brooke might be introduced to Nina's "peculiar" diet. (peculiar for Vampires, at least.....)

Also, I don't think Ace wants to be within 100 feet of Nina anytime soon......

I gotta wonder why, in a school of 'monsters', Brooke Lynn (is Lynn her last name, or a double first name? I would guess last, but...) would want to hide her nature.

As for Nina's hunger, lets see if Cloe whips out chocolate for her, showing that she's thinking about her. (And fueling the rumor mill in here about her potential relationship with Nina. ;) )

Okay, Brooke doesn't want Nina to know about her snake-form...or rather, see her snake-form. My guess - Brooke is a basilisk.

Since a basilisk is a form of reptile, the Idiot Twins are immune from the effects of a basilisk gaze. But Nina, being a vampire, is not immune. And since Chloe didn't have her glasses on, the gaze wouldn't have worked on her.

That would also explain Brooke's link with Seth.

Side note - is it my imagination or did Chloe's breasts get larger?

Hm. Interesting theory. I was going to suggest that it was plain old teenage insecurity (it's hard to be viewed as pretty when you can turn into a horrifying snake monster at will. Course, it's also hard to be viewed as pretty when you're mistaken for a guy).

Well, Giz did say she was basing her on the Melusine legend. In the legend, Melusine laid a condition on her husband that he could not see her on Satudays, when she was forced to have the lower body of a snake (or became a mermaid). Perhaps Brooke has some kind of taboo that her friends, or at least potential friends, can not see her snake form.

Alas, I sure we will learn more in due time. I hate all due time.

Wow, Chloe looks quite different without her glasses in frame 2... I realize it's mainly because she's squinting, but her features look very adult there.

Well yeah it's a school of monsters, but she's dealing with Nina and Chloe here, who would be exceptionally gentle and wimpy even in a human school, and Brook's transformation is a good deal more dramatic than, say, Ace's.
