I, personally, imagine him having a rough voice...sort of JK Simmons, if he'd smoked a few too many cigars, and drank a bit too much whisky.

Agreed. It'd be kind of a tiny little rough male voice, though, a doll-size male voice. Seeing as how the text in Blair's speech bubbles is different from the rest of the cast's, (except for in this one? O.o) I'm inclined to believe that (s)he has a dual voice. Having a small, girlish child's voice that is overlapped by perhaps an almost demonic male voice.
But I've been watching a little too much horror lately. :3
