New Strip! Naomi enters the DeCarlo home and discovers another romantic triangle to worry about!

I really find it hard to believe that anyone would sob over the pact being broken.


But the little sister leaving for hell (dragged there by Chloe, yet again), now that's a different story. Avoiding death at Chloe's claws is wonderful news, but dear God, the price!

I guess they were too busy to answer the door. And here I thought Charity was left there while Teddy and Teddi went off to search for Chloe.

How woefully predictable that the impromptu "date" would end with Ted and the two strippers having a threesome...
More panel time for superfluous stripper characters, whoop-di-doo...

Despite saying it was predictable, I had hoped that for once there wouldn't be some lazy smut in lieu of comedy and plot progression, but this comic seems to never fail to disappoint.
Let's break down why it isn't funny - it is lazy fanservice again, which has been done to nth degree already, so doing it again is super tedious; it undermines an already extremely tenuous moment of "drama," which wasn't delivering the presumed emotional intent to begin with, so it doesn't help getting clouded by sleaze; assuming the emotional impact was actually, well, impactful, then Ted was basically raped by the two strippers by virtue of being so inconsolable he couldn't accept nor refuse the sex, and it is being played off as a joke; and finally, singing a motherly lullaby while mid-intimacy? Freud would've had a field day dissecting that nonsense.

So, Charity is maybe remembering her own orgy, yet didn't know a couple of random strippers/sluts are also crashing at the DeCarlo's? (on a tangent, talk about setting a backward portrayal of people who work in stripping; they must, of cooourse, also being exceedingly promiscuous and have no self-respect, and go with any Unknown douche if they have a "hot bod" ). Well, I'll accept Charity's still shaky memory, but I don't believe she wouldn't have noticed two loud *guests* bickering in the kitchen, which is a room that typically emphasises any noise within it.

I just now realised Naomi was trying to ask if they are "staying." Minor nitpick in this case, yet it would help avoid confusion to not interrupt a word without making clear what it was going to be.
Glad Naomi is getting a dose of "Ted's faithfulness," as she discovers that Ted banged a couple of randoms in the same night they supposedly had a heart to heart.

Ok, as much as the comic can annoy me, i did laugh at the 'Toora loorah' line.

I mean that is a traditional Irish lullaby.

Teddy is connected to Teddi so he would know about the phone call and likely grief stricken about it.

You're surprised? This is just par of the course when it comes to Teddy/i and their priorities (there's a dire situation that needs immediate attention? Teddy/i gets distracted by something, delves into sexy times, and needs an outsider to remind them what they were supposed to be doing, in the first place.

Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

It seems to be a sign of just how badly off its original track this comic has got that people seem to be puzzled by Chloe and Teddy's feeling for each other.

Chloe was originally supposed to claim Teddy's soul but inspired by how much Abby reminded her of Nina she instead set out to defy Hell and save him. As part of that she moved into their house and acted as a surrogate Mother. She then developed her own attraction to him sabotaging the efforts to find him a girlfriend and fantasising about setting up home with him in Hell.

Teddy was stuck with Chloe because of a misadventure while breaking and entering into a museum. He then became close enough to her that he ended up nearly dead after they gave into temptation and then he resolved to make big sacrifices to solve her virginity issue.

While he may have gone about it in a half-assed way and wound up sleeping with almost everybody with a pulse in the early days he had to constantly remind himself of Chloe in order to do anything sexual with the potential "legendary" men.

So for the first half of the comic there were plenty of signs that the two of them were genuinely attracted to each other but then, for some reason I can't really fathom, the creators decided to all but separate them with Chloe disappearing while Teddy went on an erotic odyssey. But now it's as though those same creators expect us to completely forget the second part of the comic and start thinking of Teddy and Chloe as some kind of romantic soul-mates all over again.

Anyone else think these women come off a sleezy and opportunistic? A man is crying and clearly upset and your answer is to strip down and try to have sex and when that doesn’t work, shove his face in your boobs? Like whatever just happened to a hug and some tea?

Yeah. It's why i'm still hoping Teddy ends up with Naomi instead of Chloe.

They're strippers. Apparently, in this comic, that *means* sleazy and opportunistic.

Yeah...but then why the need for any of them to be naked? (oh, wait - this comic's perchance for needless eye candy; right).

I'm actually surprised Naomi is so calm after finding two strippers in Teddy's kitchen and talking about how they spent the night with him (and the while still trying to one up the other,trying to gain his favor) when she herself - that very same night - fell in love with him/considered herself his girlfriend.

World-famous pam'cakes...?
