Okay... So, Naomi has had off-screen adventures that are thematically alike and similarly insipid as the ones Teddy/i has gone through; kind of makes her continued obsession with Ted seem ridiculously redundant. I guess it explains her long absence from the comic, but a stupid reason is probably not the best option.
Going back a bit, Naomi's first adventure actually sounds a lot more interesting than anything actually portrayed on-panel, so I suppose it makes *sense* her next example is an asinine sex situation (with the difference being sci-fi, rather than supernatural) as to create some sort of bond between the characters, despite how unearned it is.

Anyway, Ted recapping his experiences like a, well, forum poster, doesn't make it a decent self-aware joke, instead it is more along the lines of a reminder of how dumb the story has been.

Oh, man, I knew Naomi was having some weird misadventures with Prudence, but...

This was a fun update, but I think Naomi's got him beat so far.

Oh yeah, forgot about this one too.

I'm not sure how to feel about that mermaid thing.

We knew Naomi was going through all sorts of antics but springing this sudden 'sexy' one on us makes the rest feel cheapened. Like, what didn't we see? The scene with Naomi shrunk down, oops at some point she got sat on and fondled in someone's butt for a while.
Hell, she got molested by a succubus now.
Now that this 'sex' moment has been inserted into an adventure there's nothing saying the others didn't end up like that.

Being Naomi is suffering.....okay Teddy you both know what needs to happen....hopefully before Chloe gets there.

First, Naomi, they're called Chimeras.

Second, did Naomi meet Marine or some of her people?

And last, geez, this onecwas a pretty good update, more of Naomi's noodle adventures, and still endless crying on the forum. I'd be worried about some of you if I wasnt so annoyed by it already

I think this update lost me. I was legitimately confused until I came to the forum. I thought I had missed some integral part of the comic somewhere. And I’m not crazy about the sex mermaid thing. Her first adventure sounded fascinating but then suddenly she’s talking about sex and I don’t remember if we’ve ever even seen her have sex or insinuate she’s had sex so it feels out of place. Also, now this is what’s really frustrating me, if Naomi has been through all these supernatural adventures, including mythical creatures, places, and magic, then why, oh why, would she ever assume Teddy/i was/is an alien? Shouldn’t her first assumption be supernatural, since she KNOWS that exists, as opposed to aliens, which she (that we know of) has never seen or has any reason to believe they exist? That’s either a really sloppy plot hole or I’m missing something.

Dude, Naomi doesnt believe in the supernatural. Everything to her is aliens.

There were so many complaints about Teddy splitting into two people mirroring the end of Magick Chicks' Melissa, but maybe this will end with Teddy getting separated into four. Naomi gets human Teddy, Chloe can gets incubus Teddy, Alchemy gets reaper Teddy, and Charity gets angelic Teddi. A happy ending for everyone

So is Naomi still married to the Mermaid?

I just noticed she called it a blowjob and not BJ. Perhaps the censors are lightening up.
