Difficult to tell what’s more pointless. You reading a webcomic you clearly dislike or me bothering to read all the negativity.

What can I say, I'm curious to see how this all pans out. I tried to leave it behind in the past, but curiosity always drew me back in. Maybe it's pointless, but it doesn't take a huge amount of time out of my day. As for the other thing? Well, I'll give you points for not calling me a sexually-repressed religious zealot at least. I shouldn't be in a position where I can, but I am, thanks to Vitocap.

I can remember the days when people justified Teddi using her powers to control and influence people into having sex by saying it was OK because the people he was using it on were former bullies so deserved it.

I'd be curious to think how they justify the same thing happening to Naomi whose only "crime" is to have noticed something was going on at Teddy's house and wanting to know what.

Nice of Naomi to be included again... though, getting supernaturally roofied isn't exactly a good way for her character to be used.

Teddi's still guilty of doing the same thing prior to the split, though. She may not have known that she was the one behind the succubus influence; but she damned well knew all these people weren't in their right mind, but slept with them, anyway - justifying her actions as 'helping' them get it out of their system'.

Folks want to keep saying she was a succubus, when she never was - Teddi was human, with succubus blood mingled with her own. She was a mutt, at most.

Granted, both sides of the barely defined morality of the comic are really idiotic, but technically the *good* characters are dumber.

Exceptionally dumb; especially considering Prudence noticed something was wrong with Teddy; but failed to notice Naomi's sudden change in personality and just as quickly forgot about it when Naomi shooed her away with money.

Not a fan of Gabrielle - but REALLY hope she intervenes before Naomi becomes one of Teddy's ill begotten harem.

Going by Teddy’s blackened eyes, blackened text box, and Prudence saying straight out that there’s darkness surrounding him...

I doubt very much he wants to get stronger for Chloe. I doubt Chloe is even on his radar anymore. We’re witnessing the rise of an evil god, and I’d wager he has loftier goals in mind.

The difference, to me at least, is that those characters barely qualify as people. They're more like plot devices. Naomi has at least been developed as a character, somewhat. She has a mother and father, a whole set of adventures outside of Teddy's craziness, a live in French crazy girl, a (terrible) guardian angel, friends at school, a crush on Teddy, and a habit of getting in over her head.

It's all fictional, but at least here I feel bad because unlike "I'm suddenly gay" highschool footballer, she's relatable character and not just a punchline to a silly joke. I'm really hoping it's just a dark joke and that the next update doesn't follow through on the implications of the last panel.

Really, I think Ilsa's the only one who's been consistently portrayed as having more than two brain cells to rub together at any given moment. Feels like the only reason we haven't seen her enslaving and tormenting the entire town is that she's too smart to get caught up in the drama of her pupils.

Yes we are witnessing the rise of a dark god. He's got a strong enough dark aura for even Prudence to notice, when at the start of the split this likely wasn't the case. And goodness I feel like Chloe is the last person he should be seeing right now. He's getting strong from sex and having sex with a virgin succubus could give him a serious power boast.

It would save Chloe but the world might be a touch screwed in the end.
