Incest is with a family member or close relative, in Teddy's case, it would be Abby or his/her parents, not himself (even in another body).

This would be a really bizarre version of masturbating. Plus, Teddi could get pregnant from this, so it's a bizarre version of a hemaphrodite capable of autogamy.
