Judging by both the demon and the angel wings, Teddi is turning into a Nephalem or demon/angel hybrid.

Teddi has human blood, succubus blood, angel blood and reaper ectoplasm. Now she has angel wings and demon wings, interesting...

Having inside the "manliest coctail in the universe" (angel), the "exploded porn factory" (succubus) and the potential to switch between those (reaper), could this mean that Teddi can now switch between male angel and succubus? or the combination is too unstable so they split, creating twins Teddy and Teddi? I know it's a repeat of the Melissa transformation but now that I think about it, seeing those panels where human Teddy fights with succubus-ish Teddi could be a hint.

If the characters knew what was going on it would get dull and this seems to be an extraordinary event for angels and demons hence their reactions.

At least Teddi’s attributes are symmetrical. I was starting to think she’d look like Two-Face.

Ohhh no, not good! Four-winged angelic being? That says 'cherubim' to me, and unlike the current image of chubby little babies with wings, those were originally extremely powerful and high-ranked.
Now imagine a Fallen version of one.
'God-bomb' doesn't even do the idea justice, really.

I made the Super Saiyan comparison earlier, but now with the upward, spiky hair, we're teetering between homage and rip-off (I know the spiky hair is a common trope, but it's the first time it's appeared in this strip, and in a transformation sequence, too).

Anyway, other immediate thought was nephilim; as I understand, the basic definition is the offspring of a human and angel, but other pop culture has expanded so it can be any variation of angel-other species hybrid... This dramatic turn of events feels really jarring when you consider that Teddi's primary activities were aimless sex with countless people and stripping, so it doesn't quite seem like the drama is earned in any way.
