New Strip! Chloe catches up to Teddy in the park and finds he's not alone!

Well bang goes any hope of averting the apocalypse... they'll be far too busy squabbling to interfere.

Pandora would know what's happening of course. But will anyone else have even the slightest chance of figuring it out?

Why would Pandora know? Al should at least remember that Teddi was going to inject herself with angel blood... but nobody really knew what would happen as a result.

Because she actually handed Teddi the blood, isn't a blistering idiot and could easily check up on the status of the package. I wouldn't be surprised if this whole problem could have been easily dealt with hours ago had Pandora remained in play.

This scenario would present Teddi's various accomplices with the problem of deploying what should have been an easy fix, without knowing exactly what is happening and which is highly complicated as Teddi is in the late stages of her transformation and surrounded by that pillar of light.

Except Pandora wouldn't know what to do, she didn't know what would happen if Teddy injected himself with Angel blood. She said as much, she only knew it could kill him.

Perhaps not, but with knowledge of the problem and potentially hours of advance warning... well... blood draining was proposed as a solution to the entire blood injection problem for one thing. Granted, a vampire might not want to give angel blood a try (was Layla's opinion on Crucifixes ever shown?), but that's just one method of blood draining. Or they could try/have tried the ever popular "add more cryptid blood!" route.

And you know, worst case? Teleporting Teddi to a deserted island would be better than letting this happen in a populated area. That's a solution to the apocalypse, even if it won't do anything to help Teddi herself.

Or you know teleporting him to the underworld is always an option

Yeah, that's a nice way out of the whole "massive death toll" problem if they can pull it off, bonus points if she lands next to Cut-Thrust.

Now I'm thinking the death toll predicted was merely an estimate of how powerful Teddi would become - in that, they will gain the power capable of killing millions, rather than being a supernatural atom bomb. Or perhaps the "power up" itself will cause the devastation. Regardless, seems unlikely that Teddi's life will be in the death toll, unfortunately.

Oh my god, Chloe. You are not protective of Abby. You brought her to Hell. That's literally the most dangerous place in all of existence.

And sure, immediately go blaming someone else because apparently you didn't notice Teddi has been messed up beyond hope for the last five chapters. Agh I hate you.

I think Slash-n-Stab is such a high level demon she'd be more irritated than hurt.

It looks like we may get an angel-demon brawl. I'd put my money on Charity. She's more proficient in weapons and I don't rate Chloe's fighting abilities all that highly after losing to two human cryptid hunters and students no less.

So much the better, if Teddi survives to be the target of that irritation. She could join Pandora in whatever pit Cut-Thrust's flung her in(and partner her in a duet of "your fault!").

Didn't she shoot Pandora with some sort of holy bazooka once?

Actually that was Chloe after Pandora used a glamour so she’d be mistaken for Pandora.

Hmm... Bets that it'll take Chloe and Charity working together to avent the Big Kaboom?

And I doubt Pandora would have known what to do. She said it might be a bad idea to shoot Teddi up with angel blood, but she was still prepared to do it for her own convenience. She would not have seen this coming.

Yes, it seems I was conflating this page (itself an impressive showing) with the bazooka page.
