Presumably, Teddi is seeing sights a la end of 2001: A Space Odyssey.
On another note, I don't know if Al calling them "baby" was meant to be sweet or cringeworthy, but it heavily leans on the latter from my perspective.

Teddi has referred to Al as her boyfriend, it's not that out of place.

My compliments to the artist on this one: Teddi is really creepy.
I'm eager to see what happens next! I'm guessing Teddi is currently in the process of gestating into... whatever unholy abomination she will become.
