I'll speculate she won't go through with it, hence why we got the shot of what she would look with Chloe's boobs here (as we won't see it later) and don't see her actually sign it yet.

It's a trick, a test to see if Abby will go through with it. If Abby doesn't, then she failed the test and will lose her demonic powers since that's to "good". If Abby signs though, I see the Sgt refusing to let her get rid of her powers since she can be corrupted to become a great succubus.

Interestingly enough the boobs come with freckles.

Not necessarily. She is clearly being urged to sign; she knows that will hurt Chloe and is being told to do it as revenge. The basic approach to the story would have her do it, as refusing would be character growth, which seems anathema in this universe.

But if she actually refuses, she might well be much better off.

I'm rooting for this outcome (Abby not signing, and losing both succubus powers and Chloe's rack, as a result); as I don't want Abby winning, regardless of what she chooses. It also throws in a demonic double cross - which we haven't seen in this comic in along while.

I'm afraid that Abby's already signed. Simply touching pen to paper with blood as the ink is good enough. Also, the image we saw where Abby has Chloe's "endowments" is likely her imagination as to what she would look like. Reality could be much worse. We can hope that the worse possibility is not the true outcome because Chloe advised Abby to sign. She would not have done so if she thought Abbey would be harmed. Of course, Chloe has been known to be wrong in the past.

I predict Abby will get Chloe's boobs… AND THEY WILL BE IN A GLASS JAR!!!

That would be something like the literal interpretation, rather than the intent. "Oh monkey's paw, should have seen that coming"
I don't know if "in a jar" but there doesn't appear to be any specific location of where or when Abby gets them. She could grow them immediately, or they only show up in reflections, or only when she turns 19, or whatever.

Possible solution: Chloe goes incubus (no boobs needed). Teddi is so boosted she'd have no trouble surviving. Seeing how well Teddi is adjusted, it's obvious demonic gender changes include appropriate brain modifications, so no problems with preferences. All problems solved, save for one...

Abby's new boobage is vulnerable to tears caused by her misdeeds. Cue a Pinocchio moment...
