And then there were none. :(

Still, with one more page to go, I'm left with the vague feeling that someone's about to defeat them both.

...yeah, Osaru's probably right, if only by virtue of it being hard to wrap this up in one strip. Plus the fact that it can now be said definitively that boy-Ace's hands are non-furry (and I think he's back to his aged-up height, too), which would make sense in Brooke's dreams but be an odd thing to introduce so casually.

So, girl Ace can take over Ace's body anytime she damned well pleases, now?

So much for 'only during the night of a full moon'. All that secret nookie she's been getting must have boosted her power, or some ridiculous BS like that.

I know this is only a throw away story and I'm probably taking it too seriously but this has taken a massively disappointing turn. As once again the creators can't resist the whole male to female swap thing.

I wouldn't mind if it was written with any apparent thought to the implications of it. I can just about accept the idea that Ace is such a nonentity that none of his friends will wonder where he's gone to but not so much the idea that Ace can change gender in a public place without anybody noticing or the fact that nobody is likely to ask who the new girl is and where she comes from.

And as Fluffy pointed out girl Ace can now take ever boy Ace whenever she wants to and not just once a month which is a major and unexplained change. And on top of that she expects Brooke to join in the conspiracy of silence about the fact that she exists.

At least we haven't seen Brooke, unlike DIo and Kade, getting repaid with sexual favours.

Weird! Even for EC. I predict sexy Acina will become the main attraction of the party. :-?

Only because Eerie Cuties has stopped running as a regular comic.

Besides, there's still one more comic left in this set...

Given what EC has become, it might well be ten strips too late.

It's literally a nightmare.

Calling it now.
Agreed. Nina having a swimsuit under her clothes was too convenient, but there’s no way Ace would put a bikini on under his clothes if he still has no idea of his transformation.

Ace was wearing a blue t-shirt before. Did he change into a button-up shirt in a few seconds just for this reveal?

Obvious boring question; if this someone’s dream, how do they know about Ace’s sex change thing?

"He wouldn't understand." That's an interesting line. She's an alternate personality who routinely hijacks Ace's life, and has made no effort to communicate or co-exist with any sort of rapprochement. She just shows up and flippantly engages in stereotypical and suggestive feminine behavior. And I have to admit, I don't understand her either. This person makes no sense.

She knows that she's living a shred of someone else's life, but she spends her precious time engaging in shallow pursuits. I mean, I can understand wanting to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh, but doesn't she want to TALK to anyone? To explore her own desires beyond acting like a minx and letting men grope her? To hope for something more than prancing around like a boy toy? She seems to identify as Ace's "femininity," but the only personality trait she truly demonstrates is libido. Is she what Ace thinks girls are? I can't believe that. Ace knows plenty of nice girls, he's not a sexist fellow. He's not overly lusty either, and he certainly didn't act like this when he was a girl full-time. So where is his thoughtfulness, his care for the people around him? Where does the rest of his personality go? "Girl Ace" seems completely self-absorbed. Which might be understandable for someone who only occasionally exists, but why doesn't she DO something about her situation?

Maybe the question should be, why doesn't she try to MAKE him understand? All she really has to do is write a note for him to read, explaining her existence and her desire to go on existing, and asking that he accommodate her periodic hours of life. Ace is a nice guy, there's no reason to believe he wouldn't be amenable. And she wouldn't be terrorizing him with inexplicable blackouts while convincing his friends to lie for her sake.

But "Girl Ace" doesn't seem to care about anything beyond teenage hedonism. And she can't go on like this. What's going to happen when Ace grows up, and the hormones cool off? Even werewolves get old, she can't just party all the time. What about when he nears death someday, and "Girl Ace" finds herself without close friends, or accomplishments to call her own?

Maybe she'll wish she'd tried to live with Ace rather than around him. Maybe she's the one who needs to understand.
