Possibly any species with strong regeneration powers might suffice as well. A D&D Troll, for instance.
My comic, Res Mira, starts here.

The crazy will bust loose. Either in the stories or on the forum. Or both at the same time.

Mad theory: Eulice is actually a retired succubus. This explains why she says DiDi Chastel looks like she did in her younger years. She maintains her current form because it allows her to get through her day without having to turn down sexual advances.

The only thing that would make that last panel better would be for Blair to pop up for a group hug, but then again if he was in the picture he could recommend any number of cryptids to do the deed with Chloe as long as he got to watch.
My impression is that other cryptids, at least ones our group have access to, are still squishy enough to get killed if they have sex with a virgin succubus. Hence why it's been hammered into us again and again that the only realistic options are male demons or angels. Though one would assume rare extremely "manly" examples exist of other species, presumably they are as hard to find as humans that are that manly.
Admittedly the pool is shallow, but at the least Dio could handle her.

I dunno. Dio talks a good game, but I think Ash would be a superior candidate.

I too admit that, whist it's certainly a minor annoyance, the fact the preview image doesn't update anymore is still an annoyance. I always trust on the preview-images to know when the comics have updated, so the fact DC's never did anymore means I have to keep clicking on it to see if there's a new page or not.

Again, it's something quite minor, but still would be nice if it would be updated just like the other previews.
Or try http://comic-nation.com which does the checking for you.

The writers seem to have decided that naked arses are okay. Whether they've run that past the advertisers, or they're just pushing their luck, who knows?
Adsense does have issues with nudity, pseudo-nudity, and censored nudity, but to date has only ever complained when the letters "NSFW" appear on a page, and the occasional fanart.

That said, most of what appears in Dangerously Chloe is tame and no worse than what you'd see on a CW program. Should the advertisers take issue with it, it's easier to use filler ads on selective pages. Even most of MA3 is tame, but because it's far more blatantly about sex, advertisers would have more of a problem with it. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/4410771?hl=en . Because adsense typically runs at the end of the ad chain, and automatically drops ads from pages that it thinks are inappropriate, most of the time it just doesn't matter.

If the comics were being done entirely for ad revenue, then you'd probably see frames being cropped that cross the line, and a "buy the book to see" on the panel. But that is not the case.

Well, although I know that was a rhetorical question, it bothers me. And to answer the other, there are two reasons for my fixation:

1. First of all, I wouldn't care about it if this was the case all across the board and all the preview buttons went dark. It seems to me there are fairly simple rules governing these things:
a) all preview images will be updated when a new strip goes up, unless
b) the strip is finished and not being updated anymore outside of limited page-number Kickstarter-funded strips, in which case its preview button is removed because no sense keeping it there and anyone who wants to see it can still find it at its maintained address or
c) if the wrong page preview image is showing, it is likely just a programming error and will correct itself in short order. All good, I can work with all that. But this particular case doesn't follow those criteria, not so anyone has told me, anyway, and even though I started a thread about this to ask why no one has ever told me why it's not changed since the start of the latest chapter. I'm not sure why such a small question isn't being answered unless the answer is no one ranked further up the forum ladder than Humble Reader cares enough to answer. And that leads to...
The preview image has to be uploaded to the main site, which then has to wait for a cache purge to update. If the artist doesn't do this, then it's not going to change. Eerie Cuties is updating only because additional comics have been made as specials, they're not scheduled. Only MA3, DC and SOTR have regular updates.

2. This in itself is a pretty minor problem, but I find myself wondering if it's not a symptom of a bigger problem: namely, given that it seems like a relatively simple and easy task to do, is it simply that they don't care enough to do it? And the answer to that question is "Yes", then given how phoned-in and lazy the last dozen strips have been, does that mean that the writers don't care much more about the comic itself? Think about it, on all but its lowest days there was usually some kind of joke or humour that was genuinely funny, and the writers didn't rely on a constant flow of ginormous boobs and implied sex acts to cover the weak punchlines. Now... I can't help but feel that the fact it's been more than two months since the strip currently being previewed, (dated 21/09/2017, for those interested in keeping track) the button is still showing an image of Chloe lying unconscious with a nosebleed is like a "We just don't care anymore" message from those writing and drawing this thing, which is odd because if I were in their position I'd be walking away from a project I didn't care about anymore, but never mind.

I'm aware this must seem like a really petty thing to complain about considering everything else, but inconsistencies in rules and logical arguments that aren't corrected or at least acknowledged are something that really bugs me, and the only reason I've brought it up every other thread is that I've been desperately hoping that at some point they would give me an answer, even if that answer was an invitation to shut the hell up. But at this juncture, I'm beginning to wonder why bother myself. *Grumble, grumble*
Dangerously Chloe is drawn by Jason Waltrip, and Written by Dave Lumson (who also does MA3), although it exists in the same universe as EC and MC.

We removed the preview images for the comics that have no scheduled updates. If DC isn't updating that means that no preview image is being uploaded, or no edit to the pixieplus.js script was made to update it. These are fed by the pixietrix bar. The last image uploaded for DC is dated September 20th.

But, that's the issue! DC has been consistently updated twice a week since September 20th (the only times the updates were late was when Cassandra was the artist).

So, going by your explanation, there's no reason for the DC thumbnail not to be updated.

You give the impression he can't win with you. Teddi's not the writer either. He's not the one who made Chloe uncommunicative and seemingly indifferent to her fate. The only choices he seems to have now are let Chloe kill at least one person or try becoming the ultimate man with angel blood.
And you'd be right - after all the BS he's done so far, there's nothing that Teddy is going to do now that will make me applaud his actions. And this is due to how the writer made him out to be.

Teddy used be a likeable character - but the moment he was forced into becoming a woman, he's been an incorrigible dimwit; literally the stereotypical dumb blond, coming up with all these hair brained schemes to 'save Chloe' and spare innocent lives; despite being told - repeated, by a succubus, who would know these things - that the only two options to meet that criteria are inaccessible and the only option to save Chloe is to sacrifice innocent lives.

And, even when he ignores the blatant truth and proceeds to go through with his flawed ideas, anyway - he's easily distracted from his quest; only remembering what he was supposed to be doing when Chloe literally has to pass out in front of him.

If he actually wanted to help Chloe; he'd encourage her to get laid. Yes, innocent people would die - but, you can't alter the nature of the beast (in this case, you can't stop a virgin succubus from killing her lovers). At least Chloe would survive, his own life would be spared and they could focus on voiding their contract.

But, the writer wants Teddy to be a hero to everyone - and the way to do that is to be an annoying white knight who's only thinking about the end goal instead of considering the possible consequences while trying to obtain it.

Again, like it or not, I'm in this 'til the end. If you don't want to read my criticism of a comic that's tanked in the last two years; spare yourself the headache and add me to your ignore list.
Please, don't come to me expecting me to fix your problems.

Point of order: Pandora is an incorrigible liar and trickster. When Teddi still had a semblance of rational thought, it is not so strange that she would not simply take her word for it.

Though Pandora is a piece of work (to put it mildly), when it comes to Chloe's well being, I sincerely doubt Pandora would lie about the options.

In fact, that's part of the problem - Pandora is being honest. How easy it would have been for her to trick Teddy into believing that sleeping around with the jocks was a successful endeavor; and allow what's his face to be killed by Chloe. Pandora could have feigned ignorance to why a stud like 'what's his face' died, despite being so manly.

Hell, even if Teddy found out that Pandora knew what was going happen - why would she care what he thinks?! She's a sexual demon - she knows the score and - supposedly - could care less if mortals die deflowering a virgin succubus.

Pandora could be much more evil for the sake of saving Chloe - but, she's got this stupid need to abide by Teddy's restrictions when it comes to that; all because she doesn't want to go back to school? Really?

Or maybe - and I admit this grudgingly - she genuinely cares about Chloe's feelings, and Chloe cares about Teddy / Teddi and his/her wellbeing and feelings. :-/
