As far as I know, Canadian public schools don't have uniforms.

It certainly doesn't seem to be a traditional public school, unless it just so happens all those monsters form a district... does Canada have charter schools/academies?

Yeah, their uniforms suggest CH is ivy league, but private schools are usually expensive. So, if that's the case, how can Ace afford tuition?

From what we've seen, he doesn't seem to be that well off compared to, say Layla and her family.

Scholarship? Some charity for cryptids?

We really don't know a lot of the inner workings of their society. For whatever reason most obey the laws and don't feed on humans or fight with each other like their ancestors did. Who knows why, but perhaps some shadow government of theirs established schools for cryptids and for the students who couldn't afford tuition a subsidy is provided.

Also, there are art galleries where fourteen-year-olds pose naked and sip booze.

That art is still screwing with me. What the hell is with that Brooke?
