New Strip! Teddy and Lance continue their heated discussion in the strip club's Champaign Room,... and Pandora adds her two cents!

Good on Teddy for calling Lance out. Because after that last panel, he really has no room to judge.

Well hopefully this will calm people down a bit. Lance didn't come here because he particularly wanted to, and Pandora didn't come here to torment Teddy, though she likely will take advantage of the opportunity.

And as expected its "Chloe" being in high school that is one of the big sticking points for Lance regarding all this. He's not being all that hypocritical, and freely admits where his words and actions appear contradictory.

Yeah, but he still came off as a creep when he caught "Chloe" in the shower, especially when he's making a big deal of her being in high school now.

And he does still comes off as a hypocrite, since he says that the guys in the audience want to do more than just watch, yet he came there to hook up with a Stripper himself.

He also doesn't seem to understand that Strippers aren't hookers and sex isn't part of their service.

Teddy calling Lance out here falls a bit flat for me since Lance is an adult, while they specifically point out that "Chloe" is still in high school, which makes this illegal and all sorts of sketchy (yet of course that doesn't seem to be followed up on). Not wanting your daughter to think stripping as a minor is OK seems like a reasonable thing on it's own. Then there's the fact that Teddy himself is pretty darned determined that Abby not find out about this, so it seems like he doesn't think this is entirely above board either.

Finally considering what we know about the pheromones and the influence they have on people it's entirely possible that without them Lance would never have gone to a strip club, and it's only because of Pandora's prompting that he did.

And I continue to be glad that Lance doesn't seem to be coming on to Teddy, hopefully Pandora won't push things in that direction. :-s

He didn't say that though, he said he didn't want Abbey to equate taking off your clothes with making money. His only reference to sex in that context was his concern that "Chloe" didn't realize how readily many in the audience would take the opportunity to get sex with her.

If "Chloe" being in high school is an issue for Lance, will he try to follow up, and discover that there is no Chloe whatever-he-thinks-her-last-name-is enrolled there? As long as he doesn't bring a pic, only to have people tell him that she is "Teddi DeCarlo" who had a sex change...?

For that matter, is Teddi even still going to high school during the day? I have to believe so, otherwise Lance would have been informed that his "daughter" was playing hooky.

That would entirely depend on the stripper in question. And on the club. It's not common, but it happens.

Whether or not it's illegal depends on Teddy's age. And Teddy calling out Lance does in fact land on the mark, because he is being a massive hypocrite.

He didn't say that though
He did say that and he's there specifically looking for a Stripper to have a threesome with. Which again, is not a service they provide.

And again, let's remember how he acted when he caught "Chloe" Naked.

http://www.dangerouslychloe.com/strips- ... -is-busted

...So him having an issue with her being in High School and stripping rings hollow considering how he acted to bumping into a High School girl in the shower by accident.

Does anyone else notice that Dangerouslychloe.com is lacking in Chloe? I just want to know if she is still, you know, alive? Or at the very least not puking up blood...

how old do you need to be a stripper? Is the age 18, cause if so, her being in highschool and a stripper would still work.

It hasn't been clarified how old Teddi is yet as far as I know, but that they needed a fake ID suggests they are under what the law in the area would allow for what they are doing.

no, i get that, and he must be 16 or 17, but if the age allowed is 18, technally you could still be in school and be of age. Or is the age 21, where the truth of that lie is much harder. That all i was wondering.

Lance's display of hypocrisy weirdly makes him more *realistic* than before. It is good that Teddi is arguing back, showing he has grown as a character (from his original wimpy self to having more confidence, not the prior development of going from wimpy kid to supernatural sex champ). Anyways, in spite of his negligent parenting, is it Lance's fault for every sin carried out by Teddi? Pardon the tangent, yet on "morality scales," Lance being a bad parent and having some boundary issues (not vast, but enough to be disconcerting) seems little in comparison to Teddi basically being Kilgrave.
