Ace has had a very bad day...month...year, and judging by the tears of frustration and humiliation, I would say that a certain vampire family is suddenly going to have to deal with one very pissed off Werewolf.
Ace need a little respect, and going temporarily postal ought to do it.

Of course after said transformation the spell will probably be broken and Ace will return to a boy.
I do so relish these times of peril.

I don't think Ace touched Maria's boob, even accidentally. That would be very embarrassing for both of them and, in those shoes, I would have immediately recoiled, apologising profusely, yet Ace's shown in the next panel hugging Maria for motherly protection. Maria seems surprised by this, not shocked, and I don't think we'd like to see an angry adult vampire react instinctively.

The strip's 2-D so we have no idea of the distance between the hand and the breast but I see that panel as catching Ace in the act of turning away from Layla and the hand is simply between Maria and the eye of the reader.

In the forth panel it almost looks like Layla was feeling sorry for Ace for a sec, but by the next panel clearly not.
