Kind of ruthless.... and I agree, the transformation to part-succubus, part-reaper seems to have altered Teddy's personality.

Would he? The big qualifier Teddi is measuring is how frequently and quickly the guy can climax and regain an erection. Given how frequently he was able to perform for Didi, it sounds more like Gary might just be the hero Chloe needs right now.

As for why he's measuring this specifically...

Succubi eat sexual energy. Perhaps the first time, once they've depleted their mate of all that energy, they still aren't satisfied, and they go nuts, ripping into the guy trying to get more.

So, if Teddy can find a guy with plenty of energy to give, he may be able to completely satisfy Chloe's hunger, thus avoiding the bloodbath.

Teenage boys might not be the way to go.

Did everyone forget about Ash?

Doompantied Chloe, Cess, and Laura made out with him for over an hour - and Ash wasn't even winded. Chloe was left dumbfounded that he could even move and said he should've been drained of all his energy*. Yet, Ash only said he was hungry and figured a few burgers would be enough to take care of it.


*note: They were actually trying to kill him, which is why Chloe had Cess buy a shovel to bury him with once they were done.

Ash would be an option, if anyone knew to consider him. Teddy and Pandora dont know of him. Chloe hasnt seemed to be in on the search. So, how can tgey try him out?

Even if he's trying to keep the whole thing secret from Chloe, it isn't hard for him or Pandora to ask her if she knows of any virile guys. It isn't uncommon for people to talk about who they've dated, or had flings with, so Pandora could easily play it off as girl talk.

Chloe may not remember Ash's name, but I'm pretty sure she can't have forgotten the guy she and her posse tried to kill.

The more I think about I think Teddy may end up being Chloe's first, and I could honestly see it being done as some grand sacrifice of giving his life to save hers and then through the power of love, er Tropes (I wish there was a strike-through text option), he somehow survives. It would fit the whole star crossed lovers theme, though possibly with a slightly happier ending than the most famous example.

True, though that does assume Teddy would be "living" there. I was sort of under the assumption he might end up like one of those shrivelled souls once the pact was fulfilled.

And just speaking for myself, I don't know that either of them having to completely change themselves to make it work is that great of an out. To me I think having to overcome their differences to somehow make it work regardless is a bit more effective. That's not to say they couldn't write it in a way I would like of course, and heck I do like The Little Mermaid so there's that too.

Teddi has really lucked out in that the pheromones apparently make people compliant.
If they only aroused people, she might have had some very bad experiences already.

Both physically and mentally. With the rationale for why hjs were no big deal, and combined with what was said last page about fighting against the Succubus nature, it does seem unlikely that Teddy would honour the deal (which would also kind of fit with the succubus thing, especially if combined with a villain laugh). If Ma3 exists in this universe Teddy may have got some ideas from Gary though.
