Nope. Even assuming that Lucretia did fall in love with Teddy due to the circumstances, it would still be Hell Inc that provided him with a girlfriend, thus fulfilling their side of the bargain, and gaining legal ownership of his soul.

True, but to be fair, she did have Lucretia stabbing her in the ass and squeezing the air out of her lungs by way of voodoo doll the whole time. She might be able to hold it longer if she can concentrate on it without being tortured.
