Chloe is still the focus of this comic right? She is the character it's named after isn't she? She's felt like a second string character for quite a while now.

Its called expanding the cast and exploring the side characters and it's a good thing. It's kind of like how only a few strips in Doonesbury are actually about Michael Doonesbury. Folks in the EC forums have bitched because the writers had to shoehorn two male characters into unlikely roles.* That's because there are only FOUR recurring male characters in EC and one of them is stuck in a doll. Also, while the comic is named after Chloe, she's always shared the spotlight with Teddy.

*Yes, I know there are other reasons folks are complaining and here isn't the place to discuss them.

Honey acidity ranges from 3.1 to 6.1 in the 1 to 14 scale but usually around 3.4

1 being acidic, 7 neutral, and 14 most basic

So, if this is what Tandy gets off from, I may need to adjust my ships. I had been hoping she was tsundere for Melissa, but if she likes being tortured maybe I should limit it to just Lissa

THAT IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS.
I think the honey is for torture purposes too. The idea is to cover your victim in honey and let ants or other bugs sting them.

I'd still rather see Callie in that scenario. :ymblushing:

Also googling "Gennin" only makes me more confuzzled.

This is what happens when you have too many characters. Never a good thing, just look at "Batman and Robin (1997)".

Same thing happened with Sticky Dilly Buns, and that's been dead in the water for awhile now...

I agree that expanding the cast and exploring side characters is a good thing, however I feel there is a point at which it becomes detrimental to the comic itself. They are side character's for a reason. If you want to explore them, the main character should be involved in someway or their story should be short and contained rather than ongoing. Lately it has felt like there were Chloe and Teddy stories and now there are Teddy and everybody but Chloe stories. They need to be brought together. Another technique is to mix the stories. Tell a story involving 2-3 characters, then cut to another story with the other group of characters, then back to the first group, etc... I think MA3 does this pretty well. It creates a balance without anyone feeling left behind. All this probably wouldn't even have entered my mind if the title were something else.

Except you forget that Chloe isn't the only main character, Teddy holds that title too, obviously. Pretty much everyone in his house is the main cast.

Attn Authours.

Never - repeat: NEVER - use coloured candles for candlewax play. They burn like f**k. Use white ones only.

A friend told me this.

Carry On.

To be fair, that was all just in Tandy's fantasy and in that fantasy, Ninja Teddi was straight up torturing her for information.

Obviously it would be different if Tandy put the fantasy into practice.

Would apparently enjoying torture be an asset, or a detriment to a Ninja's career? Might make it easier for them to resist torture if they enjoy it, but then again it might cause them to rapidly get stockholme syndrome with their torturer...

I notice that Gabby doesn't have her (probably fake or overly exaggerated) accent in Tandy's steamy fantasy.
