I don't know how long this has been going on, but it's remarkable that Grace figured this out in the few days she's been active. Despite being a party girl she seems to be smarter than the male persona.

If anyone seen the anime/manga called My Monster Secret. There a girl who changes into a male werewolf when looking at any kind of full moon. The female is the dominate personality, so she knows anything her male side did, but he never aware of what she does.
All of this, reminds me of this Ace atm.

If this were an ongoing storyline I could buy that Girl!Ace is an unreliable narrator and that her offhand claim is inaccurate, if not wholly untrue (i.e. she is an aspect of his personality and his repression of her is unhealthy). Bith two pages to go? Survey says, "unlikely to be answered in any meaningful or complete fashion."

I'm super not happy about this, honestly.

Ace is a buttmonkey character, and that's fine; those can be fun to write and to read. But a character asserting in-universe that he's not even "real" and just a mask of repression is a little too cruel for my tastes. Hell, especially in light of said buttmonkey-ness, that's cruel.

Agreed. It'd be different had there anything that actually alluded to it (for example: if what girl-Ace is saying is true, why haven't we heard of this happening 'til now? ), but all we've had prior was a brief gag panel.

I take it Gotoh is referring to this gag panel?

I'm hoping they can come to some sort of synthesis... but somehow, I doubt that's going to happen in two updates. Probably just a strip and a half of shopping, then Ace will wake up in drag, and Dio and Kade will make up something humiliating.
