Wait -- Shouldn't that be impossible, considering Tia said she removed the leftover magic from the Tiresias Orb? :-\

Well... are we sure that's what it was she removed? I haven't reread EC in a while, so I don't remember if it was the Tiresias Orb (and subsequent time as a girl) that caused Ace's magical growth spurt, or whether it was Tia.

Anyway... we don't know when this story is set, do we? Could be before they met Tia. In any case, Ace's time of the month is a lot more interesting than anticipated...
For those curious: my avatar is an artistic rendering of a spaceship I drew for a primitive (by today's standards) multiplayer online game called XPilot. (More about both on my website.)

Has to be set after Tia removed the magic. Ace's hands are fury in the first page
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.

Yes, 'cuz the Tiresias Orb is what accelerated Ace's puberty and removed the fur from his hands, by changing him into a girl.

When Tia removed the magic from his body, Ace reverted back to the way he was before Blair zapped him.

If it was before they met Tia, he wouldn't have had fur on his hands.

Guess Dio doesn't care that she used to be Ace.

It also seems like she's a different persona from Boy Ace.

And without the benefit of pheromones... that we know of.

Wouldn't put it past her to leave enough behind to make Ace's life miserable. That's kind of her thing.

Its a manga trope. Blame Ranma 1/2 mostly. For me, that was my first manga and Giz is a big fan of Takahashi Rumiko.

Now on to more important matters... BOING??!

Would explain why it happens at night and that she seems to have a mind of her own.

What is logic and consistency in face of the opportunity to change a male character into a girl for the Nth time?
Insectoid wrote:Could be before they met Tia. In any case, Ace's time of the month is a lot more interesting than anticipated...
This was literally the most predictable outcome other than his father being a psychopath for his little daughter Acina which wouldn't have fit in the comic's obviously innocent vibe.

Logic would demand the baby dies the day after, as Ace's body is incapable of supporting it. However, since the baby's a fictional special snowflake whose existence was made possible by MAGIC, Ace, as a male, lacks the rights to his body to abort the pregnancy, even simply by biological virtue of his toxic masculinity.

Law of 'genderbending fanbase demands it' supports the notion that Ace will remain as a girl and pregnant until the baby is born, then inexplicably realize he feels better as one and seek out methods to prolong the change.

Guidelines laid down by Harry Potter fanfiction pinpoint that Ace's body should be able to support the pregnancy with unrelated organs. He should also become able to be impregnated as a man through unrelated organs by his now inexplicably gay lovers, Dio and Kade.

Law of 'screwing Ace over' demands that he either :
- Stays as a girl forever
- Is pregnant for one day every lunar cycle until he carries to term (Assuming it's a synodic lunar cycle that is 29.5 days). To simplify the calculation we'll presume Ace's pregnancy would last 38 weeks from conception, that is 266 days.
266 x 29.5 = 7847 days, so close to 21.5 years.

Choose whichever you believe messes with Ace more.
More often than not people fail to see the entirety of the issue, and focus on a single facet of it. Ask yourself what makes you right before you set fire on other people for being wrong. // "Chemical reactions between the kawaii and uguu hormones.Within the Desu Gland. You're quite right. Thanks for the reminder!

You're willing to take Tia at her word?? I believe her picture is right below Tyler Durden's in the textbook definition of unreliable narrator.
