Suprised it took him this long, but then again it's been shown that sexuality is kind of a new thing slowly coming forward in Teddy's mind.

Well fucking finally! You guys don't know how much i waited for a character that does this. That has a body change experience and just, masturbates.
Why? Because it is probably the first thing i would do if i suddenly got turned into a woman. Don't judge me, curiosity is a thing! And in that line, i'm actually quite surprised that Teddie is just now finding about this. This is "a while" into this transformation and is the second time, the first thing he did as a woman was bathe, so one would thing she would know about the pleasures of the female body.
