I thought Chloe and Teddy were linked together and no other partner was possible.

Maybe Teddy could remain alive by drinking some of that special angel juice before the sex.

Alchemy's a little slow to catch on. ;)

Hmm, it sorta looks as if Teddy's smile and blush on last page is just imagined by Kimmie.
Because is drawn in "transparent gray", so because he has Chloe's face Kimmie is imagining him as Chloe being seductive.

Why not? A long running plot can change suddenly, but what matters is that it remains interesting. Maybe Teddy's attempts to find Chloe a boyfriend will fail as badly as her attempts to find him a boyfriend or maybe it will succeed in such a way that will change the plot yet again. Who knows what sex with Alchemy might do for her and/or Chloe.
