If Monday's strip wasn't the end of this chapter then this one probably is.

Either Charity confessed to sending Prudence to Earth or they convinced the judges that Naomi is a target of the notorious Pandora Rapture and must be protected. Perhaps some of the pictures of Teddy that Pandora left behind had a few of Naomi and Charity presented those as evidence that Prudence was indeed needed on a mission.

Or maybe they thought Teddy needed protection. Considering that there is suddenly a human girl that's not on record she would undoubtedly not have an assigned guardian angel and thus need one.

Teddi is adjusting remarkably well....

She has a guardian demon... um, one who's really not all that good at her job, but, well, neither is Prudy.

In Chloe's case she's been a woman far longer and since she's a succubus there would be something wrong with her if she wasn't turning heads.

I think the funnier part is he seems totally at ease in walking around in a tight shirt and short skirt and yet can't seem to handle the attention

Seeing as how Teddy is in the tag it's safe to assume that is Teddy and as some of the others have stated what that boy is doing goes beyond just the head turning. Chloe might not set him straight since she might see him as a light snack, but Teddy isn't going to take that kind of harassment. The only thing I can find unusual with what she's wearing is what time of year it is. Valentine's Day wasn't too long ago so I can't imagine it would be warm enough for short sleeve shirts and miniskirts, but there could've been a time jump somewhere since neither Abby or the boy are bundled up for a brisk Canadian spring.
